Luca Matrigiani (Enasarco Foundation) new director of GHC
The Board of Directors of Garofalo Health Care has appointed Luca Matrigiani as the new non-executive and independent Board Member. The newly appointed Director will remain in office until the Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for April 29, 2024.
Luca Matrigiani is currently a Board Member of the Enasarco Foundation and a member of its Investment Committee; he is also a member of the Board of Directors of NEXT RE SIIQ, a company listed on Euronext Milan and President of the Independent Committee of the same.
A new swimming pool area at the Terme di Arta has been inaugurated
An important new area of the Terme di Arta was inaugurated today, owned by the Municipality and managed by Terme FVG, a company controlled by Sanatorio Triestino di GHC. An investment of over 7 million euros by the institutions which further strengthens the collaboration between public and private sectors also accredited in the wellness sector.
