Graduated from the University of Parma, he immediately gained significant experience in healthcare management, dealing with projects aimed at building hospital structures in developing countries financed by supranational bodies (United Nations, World Bank, MAE, European Community). In 1997 he took on the role of CEO of the Dalla Rosa Prati srl Polimabulatorio and European Diagnostic Center, transforming the family physiotherapy center into a reference structure for Parma and the province, specializing in diagnostic imaging, laboratory, physiatry/physiotherapy, multi-specialty and dentistry.

With his entry into the GHC Group in 2019, in addition to maintaining the leadership of the structure, he also assumed the role of President of the Board of Directors of Hesperia Hospital Modena SpA and of Ospedali Privati ​​Riuniti SpA of Bologna and in 2021 he also assumed the role of President of the Board of Administration of the accredited private hospital Domus Nova Srl in Ravenna.

He is also President of the Board of Directors of SO.GE.A.P SpA Parma International Airport and partner of Bioethic Shelter & Emergency srl, a company specialized in the implementation of projects in the field of international aid to developing countries financed by WB, UN, EU, Italian Cooperation...
