About Us
THE MISSION
Prof. Nobili Nursing Home aims at providing quality healthcare to safeguard the health of all citizens, giving them the power to directly control the quality of services they receive in terms of efficiency, personalisation and effectiveness.
The Mission of Prof. Nobile Nursing Home focuses on:
- Freedom of choice. The right to freedom of choice represents the first essential element that guides a Healthcare Organisation and the number of choices available constitutes the centremost guiding principle of the healthcare organisation and the type of policies to favour.
- The Centrality of the person. Clear and correct information on the patient’s state of health and treatment enables patients to consciously make decisions on their health. The active participation of patients ensures that they have the opportunity to express their opinion on the quality of services received and the possibility to provide suggestions and observations. This constitutes the basis for quality indicators to measure individual services and therefore of the entire structure.
- Respect for the diversity, culture, religion and physical well-being of individuals. This is achieved by paying attention to the person's life habits, origins, culture or religion, by protecting their privacy, by giving due importance to human relationships and by trying to create an environment that is friendly, hospitable, and devoid of architectural and cultural barriers.
- The effectiveness and efficiency of the Organisation. This is obtained through highly professional staff, and by making each staff member aware of their role and responsibility, as well as through the use of advanced technologies and the reduction of waste and inefficiencies.
- Appropriateness, quality of care and performance monitoring. Placing attention on the definition and quality control of care, and managing continuous improvement processes, are integral parts of the company's mission. The patient/client stay in the nursing home must be beneficial to the patient’s health and well-being. Analysis of patient satisfaction surveys, complaints and suggestions are essential elements in the future orientation of our work. They help establish a relationship of increasing trust between the citizen and the Nursing Home.
