Mr. Marco Salvatore obtained a degree in Economics and Business at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and he is member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 1994 and in the Register of Auditors. 

He has been mainly involved in corporate and tax advisory for industrial companies, as well as in oprations of generational transition and estate planning on behalf of HNWI private clients. 

Mr. Andrea Bonelli holds a degree in Business and Economics and since 1996 he has been enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants, as well as in the Register of Auditors. 

He holds a master degree in Business Tax Law and an EMIAS Master Degree in International Accounting Standards at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome. 

Ms. Francesca di Donato is associate professor of Business Administration at the "LUISS Guido Carli" University of Rome. She has developed numerous professional experiences in different sectors and she has served, and still serves, as a member of the board of statutory auditors of several joint-stock companies, including CDP Reti S.p.A., Banca Caripe, Gamenet Group S.p.A. and Technogym S.p.A.. 

Mr. Alessandro Musaio is a professor at the "LUISS Guido Carli" University of Rome, Faculty of Economics, within the disciplinary scientific group SECS-P / 07—Business Administration. 

He is a professor of Business Administration and is currently holding the course of accounting and financial statements. 

Mrs. Sonia Peron has obtained a degree in Business and Economics at the University of Bologna and then a Law degree at the University of Parma. 

She is enrolled on the register of public accountants of Padua and in the Register of the Statutory Auditors. 

She's been doing for years university teaching and she is currently Adjunt Professor of Economics and Corporate Organization at the University of Bologna, Department of Managerial Engineering. 

After graduating in Medicine and Surgery in 1980, he specialized in Pediatrics at the University of Ancona. He began his professional career as a family doctor at the Senigallia Local Health Authority, an activity he carried out until 2020. In 2010 he was elected vice-president of Enpam, the social security body for doctors and dentists, becoming president in 2012. Under his leadership, the social security institution launched reforms in asset management, pension provision and the Statute.

Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Messina, since 2002 she has been enrolled in the Accountants' and Auditors' Registers. 

She is the owner of an accountant's office in Rome and Milan and provides assistance and consultancy in corporate, accounting nad tax matters to companies, trade associations and public bodies. She is Chairperson of the Board of Statuatory Auditors of Lazio Ambiente S.p.A. and Biancamano S.p.A. and is a Statutory Auditor of CDP Industria S.p.A. and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A.. 

Graduated in Law in 1993 at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", he began his career as a lawyer athe Libonati firm in Rome. 

Since 2009 he is holder of the chair of Private Law at the Department of Economics and Business Studies at the University of Sassari where, since 2016, he became the reference for the prevention of corruption and transparency. 

Dopo la Laurea in Giurisprudenza  e successivamente in Economia e Commercio, entrambe presso l'Università "La Sapienza" di Roma, ha conseguito l'abilitazione per il patrocinio in Cassazione ed è inoltre iscritta all'albo dei dottori commercialisti di Roma e al registro dei Revisori Legali. Esercita l'attività di avvocato tributarista ed è esperta di reddito di impresa e di imposizione diretta nell'ambito del settore industriale e finanziario. Ha eseguito numerosi incarichi di due diligence connessi ad operazioni di acquisizioni e di privatizzazione di Società bancarie e finanziarie.
