RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

The Company has adopted a Procedure for the regulation of Transactions with Related Parties, pursuant to article 2391-bis of the Civil Code and the Consob Regulation on Transactions with Related Parties (Consob resolution no. 17221 of 12 March 2010).

The Procedure for the regulation of Transactions with Related Parties has the objective of identifying the principles to which GHC complies in order to ensure the transparency and substantial and procedural correctness of the Transactions with Related Parties carried out by the same, directly or through the Subsidiary Companies.
