REMUNERATION

GHC's remuneration policy, developed in compliance with the indications of current legislation and in alignment with market best practices, is aimed at achieving the following objectives:

  • balance fixed remuneration and variable remuneration with the aim of creating value in a sustainable way for the company;
  • link variable remuneration to the achievement of operational and financial objectives aligned with the creation of value and the actual results achieved by the company, in a sustainability logic;
  • align the interests of management with those of the Company and Shareholders in the medium to long term;
  • attract, motivate and retain people with the individual and professional qualities necessary for the pursuit and achievement of the corporate objectives of developing the core activities of the Company and the GHC Group.
