Sustainable growth means "development aimed at meeting the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."

The GHC Group has established a Governance system dedicated to the supervision and management of sustainability issues at the Group level in order to continue to operate responsibly and increasingly integrate sustainability into its strategic actions.

The GHC Group since 2018 has proceeded to represent in the Non-Financial Statement (DNF), the issues relevant to its stakeholders i.e. those that can ensure understanding of the activities carried out by the Group, its performance, its results and the impact produced by them.

The facilities of the GHC Group are all organized according to a "patient-centered" model, based on the centrality of the patient, considering all their physical, psychological and social needs.

During 2022 GHC received the investment grade EE rating on environmental, social and governance issues from Standard Ethics Ltd. an independent agency that issues extra-financial sustainability ratings.
