Spectacular sailing regatta in the Stadium Race of Porto Santo Stefano where for 90 years the rowing regatta, the Palio Marinaro, has taken place in front of the Municipality of Monte Argentario in the month of August.
For the first time in history, thanks to the patronage of the Municipality and the availability of the Port Authorities, a quadrilateral was sailed inside the Porto Vecchio between the Pilarella Pier and the Lungomare, giving life to a spectacular pink sailing show. In fact, for the occasion, pink jennaker bow sails were hoisted, provided by the Trophy sponsor, GHC - Garofalo Health Care, to remember that April is the month of World Health Day and that particular attention is given to the female world .
This event is part of the La Lunga Bolina & Coastal Race Trofeo Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. event organized by the Circolo Canottieri Aniene.

For this occasion we strongly wanted, together with the Aniene Rowing Club and the Municipality of Monte Argentario, a regatta inside the area of the Port of Santo Stefano, close to the public and the Lungomare promenade with the bow sails completely pink to underline the importance of prevention in the treatment of female pathologies. I wanted to thank the Mayor Arturo Cerulli and the Councilor for Sport and Tourism Chiara Orsini for having made it possible to organize this 4 days of events at sea which involved 70 boats and over 550 sailors who were able to wear the exclusive multicolored Murphy & Nye polo shirts with satisfaction who remembered the rainbow of peace”
